During the starting weeks of new born babies, some physical Health Problems are really very common that effect the small babies and special care is required in such cases. But often, there are also other conditions or health problems of infants that mostly go away without treatment. Just like blocked tear ducts, cradle cap, hair loss and acrocyanosis etc. Although these common health problems are normal but each of these can be converted into more serious conditionsFashion;Eyes is the most impressive and sensitive part of our face. Eyes enhance our facial beauty, but if something goes wrong with eyes, the whole face gets hideous. It is necessary for both men and women to take very good care of eyes in order to avoid different diseases. No one can deny the beauty of eyes, so, that is the reason the poets generally elaborate the beauty of eyes in their poetry.
If we pay some attention to the eyes, we can easily cure them from diseases like weak eye sight, glaucoma (debilitating problem) etc.
• The most important thing is to take care of your eye sight, for this purpose vitamins play a major role. We should use vitamin A, B2 and D, the deficiency of vitamin B2 causes eyes aching and redness.
• We should use carrot, spinach, salads, green vegetables, fish, and yellow vegetables and orange in abundance because they are helpful in not only making the eye sight strong but also help us to work in dim light.
• While reading or writing, light must come from behind, so that it may not cause the burdening of the eyes. Pore Rose water into eyes at least twice a day, it prevents eye-aching and makes the eyes more beaming.
• There should be proper timing of rest for the eyes in order to keep them in accordance. Use sun glasses before going out into the sun light. It is very good for our eyes to look directly to the sun when it is early dawn.
• Cucumber proves to be the best tonic for eyes in the summer. Put slices of cucumber on eyes for ten minutes and after it wash them with cold water; it would give soothing effects to the eyes and would bring freshness. These little but useful tips prove to be a blessing for our eyes.
• Sleep of 8 – 10 hours is very necessary for the eyes to keep them fresh and bright.
• Greenery gives a soothing effect to the eyes. You should decorate your room in a way that gives a view of fresh green grass.
• Water is very necessary and we should wash our eyes with cool water at least twice a day.

Bachey ke liye thand lag jana buhat khatarnak hai. Iss se chotay bachon mein bukhar, gale aur sine ke amraaz hone ka khatra hota hai. Khaas tor par namunia hone ke ziadah imkanaat hote hain. namunia kaafi muhlik marz hai iss se bachaao zaroori hai.

Baby ko Thand Lagne ki Wajoohat:

Bache ko thand lagne ki aham wajah bache ka gila rahna. Iss ke elaawa bache ko sardion mein garam kapray na pahnana bhi aik wajah hai. Agar bache ke kapray kam hon gay to iss surat mein bhi bache ko thand lag sakti hai.

Baby ko Thand Lagne se Bachain:

Baby ko thand lagne se mahfooz rakhne ke liye sab se pehle to baby ka libas mukammal ho aur iss ko mukammal tor par dhanpa gia ho. Iss ke elawa baby gila na ho balkeh mukammal tor par khushk ho. Agar ise gilay pan se bachana ho to aisa lebas pehnain jis mein gila pan iss ke jism ke doosray hison tak na punhce. Iss ke elawa koshish yeh honi chahiye keh baby garam kapray pahne rahe au rise mukammal tor par dhanpa gia ho aur achi tarah pack kia gia ho. Baby ko ziadah tar thand raat mein lagti hai to zaroori hai keh raat mein baby ke lebaas ka khaas tor par kheyal rakha jaye. Sotay hoye yeh kheyal rakhain keh bacha kisi khuli hoyi khirki ya darwaze ke nazdeek na so raha ho jahan se hawa lagne ke baais ise thand lag sakti hai.

Sardiyon mein baby ko bath (nahlana):

Sardiyon mein baby ko nehlate waqt khaas ahtiaat ki zaroorat hoti hai takeh baby ko than na lag jaye. Apne baby ko bath dete waqt sab se pehle tasalli kar lain keh jis jagah aap bache ko nehla rahi hain wahan ka tempreture garam ho, paani halka garam karlain. Baby ko pani walay tub mein letane se pehle is ski eyes, ears ko bahir se aur nose ko andar se cotton se saaf kijye. Baby ke balon ke liye baby shampoo aur nehlane ke liye narm-o-mulaim sabun istemaal kijye. Iss ki Armpit , neck aur waist (kamar) ko ahtiaat se saaf karain. Aakhir mein fingers aur hands ko aaraam se saaf kijye. Bache ko nehlane ke baad achi tarah khushk karalen. Iss ke baad baby ko sardiyon ki munasbad se motay aur garam kapray pehnayain.

Sardiyon mein baahir nikalte waqt apne baby ko thand se mahfooz rakhne ka tareeqa:

Koshish karain keh jab aap baby key sath ghar se bahir jarahe hon to iss waqt bache ke kapray garam hon aur bacha gila na ho. Bache ko iss tarah se pack karain keh ise bahir ki thandi hawa na lage kunkeh thand lagne se wo bimaar ho sakta hai. Iss liye baby ka khaas kheyaal rakhain.
